About me

I’m a marine & environmental scientist by trade, a long time hospitality wench and on the weekends I have fun marrying people.

I’m originally from Broome, Western Australia, but now live in the beautiful south west of WA in a little town called Cowaramup.

I’m a keen traveller, ocean/nature frother, sunset enthusiast, vintage and live music lover, and would best describe myself as a pretty chill, down-to-earth kinda gal who finds happiness in good food, good scenery and good people.

My celebrant journey

At the will of two good friends, I completed the course in secret and married them in Broome, surprising the rest of our unknowing friends in a hilarious and beautiful beach ceremony.

As more friends started getting married, I got to keep marrying them too. And then I got to marry some of the guests, friends of guests and whoever else I was lucky enough to be given the privilege.

I like to say it organically happened to fall into my lap and I’m so stoked and so grateful to be able to call it one of my jobs.

Ethos

To me, being a celebrant is being given the biggest honour of sharing one of the most special moments of two peoples lives with them. It’s about being let in on some of the most intimate details and being trusted enough to share and hold their story.

It can mean something different to everyone, but at the end of the day; it’s about you, your partner, what it means to you both, and how you want to scream it from the rooftops. I’m just here to calm you down, make you laugh and see you through it all.

It should go without saying, but I support humanity as a whole. All couples of all everythings are welcomed and celebrated in this space.
